What “modernisation” actually covers
Modernisation usually means replacing the parts that fail most and age fastest — the control system that runs the lift, the motor and drive that move it, and sometimes the cabin interior and doors — while keeping the parts of your existing installation that don’t need replacing. It’s rarely an all-or-nothing decision.

Not usually — most modernisation work replaces specific components rather than the entire installation.
How long does the work take?
It depends on the scope — we’ll give you a realistic timeframe as part of the survey, not before we’ve actually looked at your equipment.
